Do you have a physical shop?

Yes, we have shops and storage yards at Accra Timber Market and Kasoa Timber Market, where you can inspect and purchase products.

What are your business hours?

We’re open Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 6:00pm. Sunday visits or deliveries can be arranged by special request.

Can I get a quote before ordering?

Absolutely. Just send us the list of items or your project needs via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll give you a quick and accurate quote.

Order and Delivery

How do I place an order?

You can order through our website, call or WhatsApp us at 0543 944 778, or visit our shop in Accra or Kasoa. We’ll confirm your items, pricing, and delivery schedule.

Do you deliver to all parts of Ghana?

Yes. We deliver to Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, and other towns nationwide using our own trucks or trusted logistics partners.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Accra/Kasoa is usually same-day or next-day. For other regions, it typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on location and order size.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, delivery charges depend on the distance and size of the order. We’ll include the exact delivery cost in your quote before confirming your order.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our Accra Timber Market or Kasoa yard once it’s ready. Just let us know in advance.

Products & Customization

What types of timber do you sell?

We sell a wide range of wood products including plywood, treated lumber, mahogany, teak, 2x4s, beams, rafters, and more. We also supply roofing sheets, iron rods, and other building materials.

Do you offer custom-cut timber?

Yes. We cut timber to your exact measurements for framing, roofing, furniture, or any custom work. Just send us the sizes you need.

Are your wood products treated?

Yes, we offer anti-termite and anti-rot treatment on request. Treated timber is clearly marked and ready for use in harsh conditions.

Can I see the wood before buying?

Of course. You can visit our shop or yard at Accra or Kasoa Timber Market to inspect the wood in person. We can also send photos or videos via WhatsApp.

Do you supply in bulk for big projects?

Yes. We supply timber and building materials in bulk for contractors, real estate developers, and hardware shops. We offer flexible delivery and wholesale pricing.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments via Mobile Money (MoMo), bank transfer, and cash (for in-person purchases). Payment details will be shared once your order is confirmed.

Do I have to pay before delivery?

Yes, we usually require full payment before delivery. For large or custom orders, a deposit may be accepted with balance paid before dispatch.
